75th Birthday
Today ,Aug.22, my 75th birthday is a day when I have to thank the Lord for the life he has given me until this moment to experience the joy of life. This is the time of life when one retires from official positions in the Church
.I am glad that I can still continue working for the Church.I will use the time to double my efforts for the spread of goodness and love through the remaining years of my life. That is what Jesus is asking us to do in life. This is a time when I am totally freed from preoccupations with results and rewards. They have no meaning for me at this time.I have to work freely and move freely. No need of paying any attention to the opinions of people. For a person who has reached this age in life, earthly rewards and approvals have no meaning.
Let me thank the Lord with all my heart, with joy and praise.

IFCU National Assembly,July13-17,15
Went to Melbourne to attend the 25th IFCU national assembly held at the Australian Catholic University. The meeting was inaugurated at the Cathedral hall and later the inaugural mass was held at St. Patrick's Cathedral. Did participate in workshops focused on Multiculturalism, Spirituality and the Ethical formation of the laity.
Attended the first anniversary of the Syro-Malabar diocese of Melbourne. The ceremony was short and impressive.Church and civil dignitaries of Melbourne wee present. Was invited to con-celebrate with Bp.Mar Bosco Puthur. Was also present at the celebration of St.Thomas Day and gave the homily at the mass.
For the IFCU assembly, there were seven delegates from India.Participating in the Assembly revived the memories of my past association with it.
